South Shropshire

We have a .9 acre market garden in Bishop's Castle Shropshire.  It is currently not being cultivated to its full potential. It's an 'out of the box' opportunity for someone: one large and one small polytunnel, two mesh low tunnels for seed isolation, packing shed, water, tools. Mentorship and support are available from experienced grower on site.

We would love to work with someone who has horticultural skills with a ecological/permaculture approach to develop a market garden as a stand alone business or as a Community Supported Agriculture project. Includes orchard trees and soft fruit. The growing space is part of a community connected outreach and education project, so someone who is happy to share, teach and engage is ideal.
