Learn how to identify wild foods and their lookalikes. I'll teach you about poisonous species, foraging ethics and the law. You will sample fresh flavours and learn how to process your finds so you can enjoy them at any time of the year. All of my courses involve some wild dining.... I am called The Wild Cooke after all!
